If you don't want to show off a product, you can always hide it! Hiding a product can be used if product details aren't complete, if it is sold out, if you ran out of it, etc.

The Show + Hide Products tool is an option where any product can be set to be hidden (or shown) in your published eCommerce store. Thsi lets you display products that are ready to be sold or hide products that are not ready to be sold for whatever reason. For example, if there are many details for a specific product that need to be entered, but you have not done it yet, or if a product is no longer available, you can mark that product as hidden so it no longer displays in your store. Using this tool is fantastic for managing what products are displayed at any given time to make sure customers only see what products you want them to see.
